For Venison Meatballs:    To 2lbs Ground Venison Add:  1 egg 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup milk  1/2 cup diced onion  2 tablespoons diced garlic 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning    Mix well.
