CRUSH Kitchen: Banana Bars

Banana Bars   1 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup oleo 2 eggs 4 TBL sour milk 1 tea baking soda 3-4 ripe banana mashed 1 tea vanilla 1 2/3 cup flour 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)   Mix all well and put in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.    Cool and frost with powder sugar frosting and sprinkle with nuts.    Enjoy!
