1 lb. Pork Loin Filet
1/4 cup bbq sauce
6 strips bacon
1 can apple pie filling
Heat your grill to 400 - 450 degrees F.
To the pork loin filet, cut a slit down the center but not all the way through.
Rub BBQ Sauce all over the pork and in the slit.
Spoon apple pie filling into the slit.
Wrap bacon around the pork, securing the slit closed.
Place on grill until meat is cooked through and bacon is crisp.
Slice and enjoy!
