SMOTHERED WILDGAME BURRITOS1 1/2# ELK OR VENSION1 SMALL ONION - CHOPPED1 CAN REFRIED BEANS7-8 LARGE FLOUR TORTILLAS (I USED SMALL AND USED 10 OF THEM)1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP1 PACKAGE TACO SEASONING1 CUP WATER1 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE + 1 CUP MOREIn large skillet cook meat and onion. Drain if necessary. Stir in refried beans and mix well. Spoon meat/bean mixture onto tortilla and roll up. Place in a greased 9x13 pan.In a bowl whisk soup, water and taco seasoning. Pour evenly over burritos. Sprinkle with cheese.Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.Last few minutes add another cup of shredded cheese on top.Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, avocados, salsa or any favorite toppings.Enjoy!
