CRUSH Kitchen Recipe: Smothered Wildgame Burritos

SMOTHERED WILDGAME BURRITOS
 
1 1/2# ELK OR VENSION
1 SMALL ONION - CHOPPED
1 CAN REFRIED BEANS
7-8 LARGE FLOUR TORTILLAS (I USED SMALL AND USED 10 OF THEM)
1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1 PACKAGE TACO SEASONING
1 CUP WATER
1 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE + 1 CUP MORE
 
In large skillet cook meat and onion.  Drain if necessary.  Stir in refried beans and mix well.  Spoon meat/bean mixture onto tortilla and roll up.  Place in a greased 9x13 pan.
In a bowl whisk soup, water and taco seasoning.  Pour evenly over burritos.  Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Last few minutes add another cup of shredded cheese on top.
 
Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, avocados, salsa or any favorite toppings.
