CRUSH Kitchen: Smoked Elk BBQ Bacon Burger



2 pounds ground elk 

Traeger Beef or Big Game Seasoning 

1 pound bacon 

Bottle of Traeger Que Sauce



Season ground elk with Traeger Beef or Big Game Seasoning and form into patty's. 

Smoke on the Traeger for 20 min (we used Hickory flavored pellets) and then finish on grill setting until desired temperature; we like medium rare. 

Fry 1 package of bacon. 

Assemble burger with bacon and add desired toppings and finish with Traeger Que Sauce.
